New Services being Offered
We are delighted to share a new personal coaching offer with all our friends and followers here at OWLS CIC.
Our bodies hold more wisdom than our minds alone. When we slow down and tune in we can become aware of so much more. We know so much more than we think we know and gaining access to this is what somatic coaching is all about.
1:1 coaching is available online, in-person (in and outdoors), and we are busy exploring opportunities for adult groups – where we gather in Nature and re-connect with ourselves, each other, and the world around us in a way that feels good, and maybe even gives us new tools for living well.
Any and all profits from this coaching goes back into our non-profit programmes and community projects at Outdoor Woodland Learning School CIC – helping to provide accessible, therapeutic, nature-based experiences, and coaching for children and adults who might otherwise face barriers to support
If you are interested in what you read here we’d love to have you join us on Facebook under Heidi Neal Somatic Coaching or www.heidisomatic.com We will share bits and bobs here on the OWLS page too.
As usual all the forest fun will stay right here on this page

Hope that you all had a good summer break and getting back in to the routines is going well. We are back in schools as of last week providing 1:1 therapeutic support via Learning Pathways Plus.
